And for the menu.....
Snack:
1 c. Cucumber/Tomato salad
(whatever else I can find to give me energy)
Dinner:
1 c. Roasted Veggies
2 3oz. Baked Chicken
Post Workout:
2 scoops Lean Protein + water
I forgot to mention that I have a vitamin pack from GNC that I will be splitting up during the day. The "energizing" pill will be taken with my afternoon snack to get me going for the evening workout.
